Shoshana Bricklin is the our only endorsed candidate for Philadelphia Municipal Court Judge because of her strong environmental record:

Shale Gas Drilling~�worked on the amicus brief for New York State's suit against the Delaware River Basin Commission asking that an environmental impact statement be prepared before gas drilling regulations are issued.

Environmental Zoning Overlay~ helped pass landmark environmental legislation added to the Philadelphia Zoning Code protecting migratory birds.

Fracking Public Hearings~ prepared a report to City Council members on a public hearing about fracking.

Riparian Setback Ordinance~ researched stream setback ordinances in the City in the recent Council debate on a riparian buffer ordinance.

Shoshana Bricklinas Judge will protect the environment and Sierra Club urges all Philadelphians to vote this May 21st for Shoshana Bricklin.
